Exceptions: Vendor registrations are to be sent to the conference chairs. Presenters will receive separate registration materials via U.S. Mail. If you are a presenter, please do not use the forms on this page to register for the conference.

The full registration fee includes the conference banquet on Friday evening, the luncheon on Saturday, admissions to all sessions, and one copy of the conference proceedings. It also includes membership in CCSC.

Student registration does not include CCSC membership, proceedings, or meals.

Vendor registration includes a six-foot table, two to four chairs, and access to electricity in the exhibitor area. If you have other simple needs, CCSC:SE will attempt to meet them if you list these in the appropriate space on the application form. Vendor registration does not include meals, membership or proceedings, though vendors are invited to register as regular attendees.
