16th Annual CCSC:Southeastern Conference @ Furman University
Conference Date: November 8-9, 2002
Location:
3300 Poinsett Highway, Greenville, SC 29613

Students in teams of two or three will be given a topic for a web site. Students may use any WYSIWYG package for web development or hand code in HTML. The only stipulation is that they cannot make use of any features that would require special extensions to be installed on a server. If they make use of features that would require special plug-ins, it must be used with information that can be obtained by other means from the same site. Students will submit their site and it will be tested from a server. Additionally the site will be tested in both Netscape and Internet Explorer. Team sponsors will be notified and prizes awarded at the luncheon on Saturday, November 3. Team winners are encouraged to attend the conference to receive their prize at the luncheon. Sponsors of all entered teams must register for the conference and if the winning team is not at the conference, the sponsor will receive the prize.

Team prizes are as follows:
1st $75
2nd $50
3rd $25

Prizes are provided through a grant from Upsilon Pi Epsilon.

Please contact Becky Tallon with any questions.
